following should answer most of your questions about our website and

Q: When do you mail my letter(s)?
A: All letters are mailed out after December 1st. Any letter received
between November 26th through December 19th will be mailed out as soon as
possible, but not guaranteed to be mailed from the North Pole.
Q: How will my letter(s) be mailed?
A: All letters ordered before November 26th are mailed to the North Pole Alaska and returned by United
States Postal Mail. Any letter received between November 26th through December 19th will be mailed out as soon as
possible from our home office by the United States Postal Mail.
Q: When should I expect my letter(s)?
A: Your letter will arrive approximately 10 to 12 days before Christmas.
Sometimes due to the U.S.P.S. a few letters will be lost. If your letter(s) do
not arrive 7 days before Christmas and you placed your order before
December 1st, email us at
Headelf@youhavemailfromsanta.com to request another letter.
Q: How long has Youhavemailfromsanta.com been writing Santa Letters?
A: Youhavemailfromsanta.com has been writing letters since 1999.
Santa and his jolly elves, including a focus group of parents and a
psychologist, have carefully written all of the outgoing mail from the North Pole.
Q: Is my personal information safe with Youhavemailfromsanta.com?
A: 100% of your information is never given out, shared, or sold. Our site
uses an order form for customers to request information, products and
services. We collect visitors contact information and demographic
information. Contact information from the order form is used to send
orders to our customers. Santa would like you to know that no personal
information from youhavemailfromsanta.com will ever be passed along
to anyone else.
Q: An error occured on your website. What should I do?
A: Please email
help@youhavemailfromsanta.com with any error message given. If
you were in the process of checking out and received the error before
seeing the confirmation screen, send the error message along with your
full name, date and time the error occured.
Q: I am unsatisfied with your letters, how can I receive a refund?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied we will refund your full purchase price,
less shipping and handling. Please email
refund@youhavemailfromsanta.com with your full name, the date your
letter was purchased, and order ID number.
